TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
● You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.● I always make sketches according to your requirements. I send them to you, and as soon as you confirm them, I start making line and color.Once you have approved the sketch and I drew it, you can only change the color. Corrections are valid only at the sketch stage. (As long as they are corrections I missed from your description. If you add new details after I started the lineart, I'll have to charge you extra)● I reserve the right of increasing the price if you want a very high detailed drawing.● If you want to order an illustration for commercial use, an extra fee of %50 will be added.● By commissioning me a NSFW drawing you're stating that you're 18 or older.● Sometimes I can draw commissions on stream, if you don't want anyone to see the work process, please let me know in advance.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
● As an artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do the following:- Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you credit as the commissioner if you ask for it).
- Promote myself with it in any place.● As a commissioner you may:- Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery/page (with no profit purposes unless you paid the 50% fee).
- Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
- Use it as decoration for your socials.● You are NOT ALLOWED to:- Change, modify, or use my works without my permission.
- Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (this means making money of it in any way) if we didn't arrange it before.
- Take credit for the art.If you wish for your commission to not be uploaded anywhere on the internet, I'll charge you an extra 10% fee of the total price. If by any case you wish to "un-private" that commission in the future (so you can upload it somewhere), you just have to send me a note or message, however, there will be no refunds for the extra private fee.
PAYMENT PROCESS
● I only accept payment via PayPal or Payoneer.
● I require 50% or full payment before I start the artwork.
● If you pay 50% initially, the second half is paid after the sketch is approved.
REFUNDS
● If I can't complete your commission, I will fully return your payment.● You have no right to make a chargeback, cancel the payment or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.● I might decline a commission if I think it's too hard to draw. If the payment was already made, I'll refund it entirely.● If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.● Also note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore.
How to order a commission
WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO FOLLOW TO ORDER A COMMISSION?● Send me a message and tell me what you want me to draw for you.
● Please let me know the ideas you have. Send me all the image references you can.
The more descriptive you are the easier and faster it's for me to realize your idea.
EXTRA INFO:
● I'll message you back accepting or declining the commission.
● If the commission is accepted, I'll ask you to send me 50% payment before I start the sketch. Second half doesn't need to be paid until you're satisfied with a sketch.
● After the sketch is approved, you pay for the second half of the work and I start to color it.
● You can always track commissions queue and the stage of your commission
here ☚NOTE:
● The more you tell me about your request, the more likely it is that you'll be satisfied with my drawing.
● I might decline a commission if I think it's too hard to draw. If the payment was already made, I'll refund it entirely.
● Once you have approved the sketch and I colored it, you can only change the color in the revision. (unless I made a mistake, then, of course, I'll fix it).
